Are Your Designs Original?
Yes! Although we may get inspiration from other ideas, all of our graphic designs are 100% ours! You will not find them anywhere else. IF you should find them for sale on items not associated with us, please let us know.

Do You Make and Maufacture All of Your Items?
All of our handmade items are 100% handmade by us in our studio located in MN. We also do all of our embroidery and heat press items in house.
Some of our items (such as printed t shirts, totes, some apparel and home goods) are manufactured in facilities able to handle production that we can not. We have done much research over the years to find the best manufacturers for our items.

Are Your Items Manufactured in the USA?
We wish we could say that all of our items are made here in the USA, however, in order to breing you the best quality at reasonable prices, we have had to outsource to other countries.
We work with manufacturers in both Canda and Asia. We have worked a long time with our partners in Asia and have confidence that you will receive the best quality from them. The only drawback is the wait for shipping. Although we would like to avoid the wait time, it is not possible for us at this time to outsource those items to another manufacturer.

Do You Knit the Hockey Socks for Mittens?
We do not knit the socks. We purchase the socks from Athletic Knit in Canada.

Do You Ship to Other Countries?
We do! We ship to Canada on a regular basis. We have shipped to other coutnries in the past as well.
If you need shipping to a country other than the USA or Canada, please contact us for a quote.

What Methods of Payment do You Accept?
Our online shopping cart accepts payments thru Paypal. You can pay with a credit/debit card without having a Paypal account.
We typically invoice using Square, once in a while we will also use Paypal for invoicing.
We can also accept a credit card payment over the phone, which will be processed by Sqaure.
You can send a check or money order to our mailing address as well. The only time we accept cash is in person.
All transactions are handled in USD, if you are purchasing from another country, you are responsible for figuring out the conversion.
