The Hockey Moms Rule Puck Pillow, Sock Mittens, Sock Hat, Sock Scarf and Puck Seat Cushion and Original Graphics were deisgned by and are all exclusive to Hockey Moms Rule.
Many of our items are handmade and so may proudly bear the slight imperfections that accompany such craftsmanship; however, we stand behind the quality of everyone of our items.
Privacy Policy
All information collected during the sale transaction is for use by Hockey Moms Rule only. We never sell, rent or give away any customer information. Any information obtained by us will be used to complete customer transaction and used in communication with customers about sales and other specials offered by Hockey Moms Rule. Customers will have the option to opt out of any communications they may receive.
Returns
Because of the personalized and custom nature of our items, we will not accept returns on embroidered name pieces or custom orders. Pre-made items will only be taken for return in a case of extreme manufacturer defect. Any returns that have been authorized must be sent back within 10 days after customer has received the item.
Payment
We accept credit cards via pay pal, e check and existing funds via pay pal and check or money order via USPS. All personal checks will be held 5 days to assure bank clearance - items will ship after this time.
All invoices are through pay pal. You can pay with a credit card without needing a pay pal account and it costs you nothing to do so. You can also pay via credit card over the phone at 763.207.8430.

Shipping
Most handmade items will ship via USPS, larger orders may ship via UPS. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for production time until your item ships. Custom pieces and larger orders may require longer production times. Orders placed October 20 - January 15 - production times may be longer on any size order.
Orders sent from our manufaturing facility will be bound by their shipping methods and policies. Most of these items arrive within 10 business days from purchase.

All prices for any of our products or services are USD (USA Dollar) we do not convert any prices on our site or in our invoicing.
